3The Cook

    • When you’re at temp, put cooking oil on a folded paper towel. Grab the oiled paper towel with long-handled tongs and oil the grate thoroughly.

    • Place your pork chops onto the grate. Cook for 2–3 minutes, then flip your pork chops over and brush with maple syrup. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until chops are charred at the edges and cooked through.

    • Flip one more time, brush the other side of your pork chops with maple syrup and cook for 1 minute more. When your pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145ºF, remove it from the grill and allow it to rest for 3 minutes before serving hot.
