Avocado Smash Hack: Slice open the avocado, and remove the pit with a chef knife. Position a wire cooling rack over a mixing bowl. Press avocado flesh side down onto the rack using your palm, and it will send dice avocado chunks into the bowl.
Using spice rubs on proteins is a great way to pack a lot of flavor when you’re in a pinch for time. You can craft special spice blends in advance which will not only save time, but also make it fun! Get creative with it!
