Easy Grilled Maple Ranch Pork Chops
A hit of ranch and a touch of maple syrup is the perfect sweet and savory pairing for these juicy pork chops. Serve with anything from sweet potato fries or butternut squash to charred summer vegetables.

8 thin-cut (1/2-inch-thick) bone-in pork chops

2 tbsp. olive oil, plus more for greasing the grill

1 pkg. Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix

0.25 cup pure maple syrup
1 Food Prep
Rub your pork chops with the olive oil and sprinkle them evenly with your Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix.
2 Grill Prep
Fuel: We recommend Kingsford® Original Charcoal Briquets
Method: Direct-Heat Grilling
Temp: 450°F (High Heat)
Carefully hold your hand about 5” to 6” above the grate, and refer to the temperature settings below:
• High Heat (450° to 550°F):
2 to 4 seconds
• Medium Heat (350° to 450°F):
5 to 6 seconds
• Low Heat (250° to 350°F):
8 to 10 seconds
Make sure your clothing doesn’t touch the grate, and always move your hand away from the heat before you feel discomfort.
When you’re at temp, put cooking oil on a folded paper towel. Grab the oiled paper towel with long-handled tongs and oil the grate thoroughly.
3 The Cook

Place your pork chops onto the grate. Cook for 2–3 minutes, then flip your pork chops over and brush with maple syrup. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until chops are charred at the edges and cooked through.
Flip one more time, brush the other side of your pork chops with maple syrup and cook for 1 minute more. When your pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145ºF, remove it from the grill and allow it to rest for 3 minutes before serving hot.
