The Kingsford Difference

Kingsford has been fueling legendary grills since 1920, and we’re still America’s #1 charcoal for good reason. Our briquets light faster, burn longer, and deliver the high heat you need for exceptional results. Whether you’re searing steaks or savoring smoky flavors, one thing’s for certain — nothing beats the original.

Big Bob Gibson Bar-B-Q Alabama White Sauce Wings

Smoky, crispy wings meet the legendary tang of Alabama white sauce in this Southern barbecue classic. Slathered in creamy, peppery goodness, these wings prove that great BBQ doesn’t always come in red.

3The Cook

    • Build a charcoal fire for indirect cooking by situating the coals on only one side of the grill, leaving the other side empty. Preheat the grill to 300°F.

    • Put the chicken wings over indirect heat, away from the coals, and close the grill lid. Cook until the skin browns and crisps, and the juices run clear, about 35 to 45 minutes.

    • Coat the chicken wings with Big Bob Gibson Original Alabama White Sauce and serve.
