It usually takes a lot of effort to get the coals going, which can be frustrating when you’re trying to grill quickly. However, once it’s lit, it burns evenly and does an excellent job cooking food with that classic charcoal flavor. I do wish they’d improve the lighting process to make it faster and easier. Overall, a solid option if you don’t mind spending a little extra time to get started.
