Smoked Sourdough Bread

Let's get grilling

1 Combine the water with the sourdough starter.
2 Add to a bowl and mix in the garlic, flour, and seasoning. Knead for 5–8 minutes.
3 Allow to rise for 45 minutes, punch down and place the dough on parchment lined bowl. Allow to rise again until doubled in size.
4 Pre-heat recteq grill or wood pellet grill to 500°F with a dutch oven with a lid.
5 Using the parchment to pick up the dough place in the dutch oven and replace the lid for 25 minutes.
6 Remove the lid and keep cooking until deeply golden brown.

  • smoked garlic
    5 cloves
  • Colden's Freakin' Greek Rub
    1 tablespoon
