Let's get grilling

1 Pre-heat recteq grill or wood pellet grill to “LO.”
2 On a non-stick cooking mat, combine the chickpeas and garlic then smoke for 60–75 minutes.
3 Add the chickpeas and garlic to a food processor. Add the tahini, smoked salt, Ben’s Heffer Dust Rub, and lemon juice until the chickpeas begin to break down.
4 Run the food processor at full and add the olive oil until the desired consistency is reached.

    6 oz.
  • garlic, sliced
    3 cloves
  • olive oil
    5 ounces
  • Ben’s Heffer Dust Rub
    1 tbsp.
  • smoked salt
    1 tsp.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Smoky Flavor Amazing recipe. This hummus had a great smoky flavor. I needed to add more olive oil to get to a better consistancy (was a little pasty). Add until you find your right blend.
