Smoked Georgia Peach Cobbler
Let's get grilling
1 Pre-heat recteq to 375°F.
2 Combine 1 cup flour, ¾ cup sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add milk and stir until the dry ingredients are incorporated. Set aside.
3 Wash, peel and slice peaches.
4 Combine the remaining ¾ cup sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, Ray’s Warm Apple Pie Rub and peaches and mix well.
5 Melt the stick of butter in a large 12” cast iron pan on the grill. Add the peaches mixture to cast iron pan and heat until all the sugar melts together.
6 Pour flour/milk mixture on top of peaches in the cast iron pan. Sprinkle additional apple pie rub to your liking.
7 Do not stir, as the cobbler will form a crust around the fruit.
8 Cook cobbler for 30–45 minutes until golden brown.
9 Serve with a scoop of your favorite ice cream.

Rated 4 out of 5 by khiddy from Great recipe, confusing instructions It looks like instructions #2 and #3 were put in out of place, as they are repeated later as #5 & #6 where they seem to fit the proper order better. Otherwise, great recipe!

Rated 5 out of 5 by BlondesBQN from Excellent and Simple Cobbler Made this recipe for Father's Day 21' and it sure was a hit! I turned around and made a new version for the 4th of July: Blueberry and Strawberry. For this version I used about 20 strawberries cut in quarters, all others ingredients the same. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and you have a great dessert.
