Grilled Caesar Salad
Let's get grilling
1 Cut Romaine hearts lengthwise, leaving stem on so leaves stay intact. Grilled Romaine works best if it is chilled before placing on grill.
2 Drizzle with olive oil.
3 Salt and pepper to taste.
4 Grill 2–3 minutes or until leaves are charred and heart is still crispy.
5 Add Caesar dressing, shaved parmesan, freshly ground black pepper and almonds.
