Smoked Nuts and Pepitas

  • 2 pounds assorted mixed nuts
  • 8 ounces pepitas
  • 1 tablespoon Rossarooski's Honey Rib Rub
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar


  1. Pre-heat recteq to 225°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
  3. Add to a baking pan and smoke for 60–90 minutes, stirring a few times.
  4. Allow the smoked nuts and pepitas to cool to room temperature.
