
Grilled Caesar Salad

Ingredients
- 2 Romaine hearts
- olive oil
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- Caesar dressing
- shaved parmesan cheese
- sliced honey (or salted) almonds
Instructions
- Cut Romaine hearts lengthwise, leaving stem on so leaves stay intact. Grilled Romaine works best if it is chilled before placing on grill.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Grill 2–3 minutes or until leaves are charred and heart is still crispy.
- Add Caesar dressing, shaved parmesan, freshly ground black pepper and almonds.
