Pre-heat recteq to 375°F.
Combine 1 cup flour, ¾ cup sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add milk and stir until the dry ingredients are incorporated. Set aside.
Wash, peel and slice peaches.
Combine the remaining ¾ cup sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, Ray’s Warm Apple Pie Rub and peaches and mix well.
Melt the stick of butter in a large 12” cast iron pan on the grill. Add the peaches mixture to cast iron pan and heat until all the sugar melts together.
Pour flour/milk mixture on top of peaches in the cast iron pan. Sprinkle additional apple pie rub to your liking.
Do not stir, as the cobbler will form a crust around the fruit.
Cook cobbler for 30–45 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with a scoop of your favorite ice cream.
