Smoked Cajun Spatchcock Turkey
Let's get grilling
1 Pre-heat recteq grill or wood pellet grill to 350°F.
2 Inject turkey with Cajun butter.
3 Rub skin with olive oil.
4 Liberally apply seasoning.
5 Smoke turkey at 350°F until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Sundog 5050 from Add Some Smoke Recipe & video were tack sharp. I would recommend adding one hour at a smoke temperature of around 180 degrees to add more flavor depth to the beginning of the cook cycle.
