Seared Tomahawk Steaks with Kingsford® Signature Flavors

Let's get grilling
Allow steak to come to room temperature before cooking.
Set grill to 500°F.
While grill is preheating, coat tomahawks with ground mustard as a binder.
In a small mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients (garlic powder, salt, black pepper) to create the steak seasoning. Evenly coat steak with steak seasonings.
Make a basting liquid using unsalted butter, garlic, chives and rosemary.
Once grill is preheated, sear for 1–1½ minutes on each side, while basting, until an internal temperature of 145°F is reached.
Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice, serve and enjoy!
