Let's get grilling

1

In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.

2

Coat the pork chops with olive oil, then season with the spice mixture liberally. Let sit out at room temperature while you prepare the grill.

3

If using Kingsford® Signature Flavors Briquets: Preheat one side of a charcoal grill to medium-high heat using Kingsford® Garlic Onion Paprika Charcoal and Flavor, leaving the other side for indirect cooking. Grease the grates with oil.

4

If using Kingsford® Signature Flavors Pellets: Prepare a pellet grill using Kingsford® Signature Flavors Garlic Onion Paprika hardwood pellets by heating to 400°F. Grease the grates with oil.

5

Place the chops on the grill cook for 6–7 minutes. Flip the chops and baste with the maple syrup. Cook for 6–7 minutes more, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F, basting occasionally.

6

Let the chops rest for at least 5 minutes. Serve immediately, garnished with minced chives.
