Let's get grilling

1 Light the MasterbuiltGravity Series™ 1050 Digital Charcoal Grill + Smoker and set it to 550°F.
2 Prep the salmon marinade–Whisk together soy sauce, maple syrup, sriracha, and grated ginger.
3 Prep the salmon–Dry well with paper towel absorbing all moisture for crispy skin. Salt and pepper to taste. Marinade flesh side down in a shallow pan for 5 minuteskeeping the skin side as dry as possible. Next, thoroughly oil and salt the skin of the salmon to prevent it from sticking to the grates.
4 Prep the broccolini–Coat broccolini with a generous drizzle of olive oil, balsamic glaze, and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. Coat thoroughly.
5 Place broccolini on the grill first and let cook for approximately 10 minutes. Next, cook salmon skin down with lid closed for 4-5 minutes.
6 Open the grill, baste with marinade, garnish salmon with crushed pink peppercorns, and flip over. Cook for 3-5 minutes until medium.
7 Garnish broccolini with balsamic vinegar glaze and crushed pink peppercorns. Garnish salmon with zested ginger. Plate. Enjoy!

    1 bundle

    1 1/2 tablespoon
