How to Use Signature Flavors Wood Pellets on a Gas Grill

Think you can’t get that authentic barbecue smoke flavor with your gas grill? Think again. At Kingsford, we’re in the business of innovating every grilling experience, and that means getting a little creative. To use Kingsford® Signature Flavors Wood Pellets in your gas grill, all you need is a bit of tin foil.
You Will Need:
• Scissors
• Heavy duty aluminum foil (12” wide)
• Kingsford® Signature Flavors Wood Pellets
• Sharpened pencil
PRO TIP: Minimize crinkles in the foil as much as possible by folding carefully and working on a flat surface.
Place a 12” x 14” piece of heavy duty aluminum foil on a flat surface, shiny side up.
Fold in half to create a crease.
Unfold and place 2/3 cups of pellets on one side of the foil.
Re-fold in half and fold the top and bottom edges over about ½” twice, repeat with the rightmost edge.
Flip over the pack and, using a sharpened pencil, poke a few holes in the side with no visible folds to allow the smoke to escape.
Place on your gas grill for added smoky flavor.
